Search PPC Specialist
Job Summary
We are looking for a data-driven and detail-oriented Search Marketing PPC Specialist to support the growth and profitability of our digital advertising efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing paid search campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, ensuring strong performance and ROI. The ideal candidate has a passion for performance marketing, a solid grasp of keyword strategy and ad copywriting, and a proactive approach to testing and continuous improvement. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze campaign data, refine targeting, and execute strategies that drive high-quality traffic and measurable results. Experience with social, display and other channels a plus.
Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: Set up, optimize, and manage PPC campaigns across various platforms including Google Ads. This includes updating bids, adding/removing keywords and negative keywords, and monitoring profitability.
- Keyword Research: Conduct keyword research to identify relevant terms for targeting and irrelevant terms to block
- Ad Copywriting: Write compelling and effective ad copy to attract quality clicks.
- Budget Management: Oversee and allocate budgets across campaigns, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Reporting and Analysis: Regularly report on campaign performance, analyze data, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Optimization: Continuously optimize campaigns to improve performance metrics like click-through rate, conversion rate, and return on investment (ROI).
- A/B Testing: Run A/B tests to optimize ad copy, landing pages, and other campaign elements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field
- 3+ years experience working hands on in the Google Ads platform.
- 1+ years experience working hands on in other channels like paid search (Facebook), Display, etc.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools, such as Google Analytics and Excel
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to partner with cross-functional teams in Sales, Compliance, Engineering
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Comfortable working independently or actively participating in a team environment
- Experience in the lead acquisition space and/or any insurance vertical is helpful but not required.
Business Development Manager
Responsibilities
- On boarding and working with publishers to match them with campaigns that will perform best for their marketing methods. Pay-Per-Call, CPA, CPL Campaigns
- Monitor account activity, analyze performance, identify areas of improvement, and recommend ways to increase account performance
- Maintain high level of communication with accounts, recommend new campaigns for accounts and provide performance feedback to internal teams.
- Recruit new publishers and business through research, referrals and other avenues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or minimum 3 years of online media experience

Ad Operations Analyst
Responsibilities
- Manage trafficking of ads from pre-launch to completion including trafficking, QA, pacing, optimization, troubleshooting and campaign reporting.
- Responsible for day to day digital ad-operations of client accounts, requiring interaction with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Understanding client goals, creating and executing strategies to exceed these goals.
- Preparation and analysis of performance reports & review with clients.
- Providing strategic insights on the landing page, ad creative etc.
- Spot new opportunities for account expansion & optimization.
- Perform QA on 1st and 3rd party tags identifying, reporting, and resolving technical issues.
- Monitor live campaigns, analyze campaign performance, and recommend campaign optimizations to achieve best possible results.
- Overseeing the integration, building audience segments, targeting campaigns based on the segments and providing insights.
- Identify, document, and track Ad Ops best practices, as well as media partner, client, and vendor requirements
- Partner with media strategy and other operational teams to ensure full delivery and optimal performance across campaigns
Requirements
- 2-4 years experience working in digital Ad Operations for an advertising agency, ad tech company, or publisher
- Expert knowledge of ad serving, trafficking, and troubleshooting 1stand 3rd party ad tags
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to anticipate and proactively solve for potential campaign issues and identify when to escalate to senior management (i.e. delivery/billing discrepancies, technical issues, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance against benchmarks, draw valuable insights, and recommended optimizations
- Superior attention to detail with the ability to deliver in a time-sensitive environment
- High accuracy in the review of campaign data in auditing and data entry
Sales Account Executive
Responsibilities
- Find and close new sales opportunities, identify prospects and new opportunities with brands, direct advertisers and AORs.
- Prospect, cold call and cultivate new client relationships.
- Work with senior level management to identify gaps in account or vertical coverage to go after new business in those areas.
- Work with operations team to put new advertisers into production and oversee campaign to ensure client needs, objectives and KPI’s are being met.
- Leverage existing relationships and network while expanding your book of business with key decision makers to grow pipeline over time.
- Leverage various tactics to prospect including LinkedIn, prospecting tools, industry events & trade shows.
- Meet and exceed key revenue and growth benchmarks.
Requirements
- Proven reputation in the lead generation or pay-per-call industry with a strong history of meeting or exceeding revenue goals. (3+ year’s experience).
- Existing direct client relationships within: Co-registration and broader Lead Generation ecosystem.
- Ability to develop and manage a consistent sales pipeline and a proven track record of exceeding goals.
- Ability to review reporting and spot data trends in order to optimize client opportunities, client and company profitability.
- Strong working knowledge of online prospecting tools and platforms across online/direct response channels or offline pay-per-call.
- Proficient use of CRMs to maintain and expand a database of prospects that align with business needs.
- Must be willing to travel to 2 or more industry conferences per year and if needed, client visits.
Account Manager, Pay-Per-Call
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize existing insurance client relationships toward highest margin on campaigns.
- Onboard new clients - work with ops team to setup, optimize and dial-in performance.
- Monitor performance of campaigns and suggest strategies for optimization to clients and internal teams.
- Manage new and existing client campaigns to successfully meet and exceed client performance expectations.
- Maintain strong relationships with advertisers to ensure long-term success.
- Meet with clients on a regular basis to proactively monitor campaign performance and upsell opportunities to scale activity.
Requirements
- Lead generation industry experience, understanding of Pay-Per-Call & Ping/Post a plus (2+ year’s experience).
- Ability to multi-task and stay organized while managing 20-30 accounts.
- Ability to review reporting, spot trends in data in order to optimize client opportunities and both client and company profitability.
- Understanding of the customer/industry landscape.
- Proficient use of CRMs to maintain and expand a database of prospects that align with business needs.
